Chris has been coaching goalkeepers specifically since 1999,he has achieved his FA Level 3, FA Level 3 Goalkeeping, FA Level 1& 2 Goalkeeping Tutor, Level 1 CCF Tutor,  HND Sports Science and Coaching and is also a fully qualified Fitness Instructor including medicine ball training and core stability training.Currently he is working towards the UEFA A in both disciplines. Chris hosts a depth of knowledge from working with
goalkeepers from U7's through to 1st team goalkeepers. He gained this knowledge from working with goalkeepers at all levels within the Mansfield Town set up from 2000 - 2006, working with both male and female goalkeepers. Through the 2005 to 2007 seasons he worked with Lincoln City Girls Centre of Excellence specialising with 8 - 16 year old females. Chris has worked at Derby County since 2003 with Under 8 goalkeepers to 1st team goalkeepers.

While working with goalkeepers of all levels Chris has had the privilege of developing goalkeepers who have progressed on to the international set up with both males and females.

During Chris's successful time at Derby County Football Club, goalkeepers at 3 age groups progressed from playing at the top flight of Academy football in to the international set up including Steven Cann who has represented Wales at all age groups, Ross Atkins who through extreme hard work got in to the England Under 18 Squad. After a frustrating season in 2006/2007 James Seven was on the bench at Under 18's even though he was an Under 15 player. In the 2007 / 2008 Season James patience paid off being selected for the England Under 17 squad.

While at Lincoln City Girls Centre of Excellence Sophie Harris after 2 years of training and dedication at the age of 13 was representing club at Under 16 level and England at Under 15 level.

Chris has worked with Gary Walsh (Derby County), Seamus Mcdonough (Aston Villa), Pete Williams (Nottingham Forest), Kevin Poole (Burton Albion & Coventry City), Paul Reynolds (England Disability Goalkeeper Coach)

Simon Mitchell Head Coach & Director

Simon Mitchell Simon Mitchell

Simon is qualified both as an outfield football coach as well as a goalkeeping coach to Level 2. He has been with CPGC for over 4 years now and has previously worked with the Centre of Excellence at Mansfield Town working with the under 12's-16's.
He has an HND in Sports Science and coaching and has been working in Primary and Secondary schools for the past 10 years. He has worked in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and is currently based at Joseph Whitaker School in Rainworth.


Ed Eley Coach & Professional Goalkeepers

Ed Eley Ed Eley

Ed is a FA level 2 outfield coach and also an FA level 1 Goalkeeping coach.  Ed has gained experience playing within the professional game for Mansfield Town, Grimsby Town and also various loan spells within the Blue Square Premier.  Ed has worked along side Chris for over 3 years working with the Under 8 - under 14's.

Along side his goalkeeping Ed is also a qualified personal trainer offering a wealth of knowledge.

Charlie Bates Coach

Charlie is an FA Level 1 goalkeeping and outfield coach.  Charlie has gain experience working for Derby County FC and Burton Albion FC working with the centre of excellence and community programmes.

Rikki Lissaman

Rikki is a young up and coming coach who has gained his level 1 goalkeeping and level 1 outfield qualifications.  As a youngster Rikki has gained experience playing at Derby County, Nottingham Forest, Mansfield Town and Lincoln City.  Rikki is an asset to the coaching team.

Leanne Hall International Womens Coach

Leanne is a very well respected outfield and goalkeeping coach within the football industry. Leanne's career begin back in early 1996 where she was part of the England Player Development Programme based at Loughborough university, from being successful she had the opportunity to represent her country a total of 24 times which included 2 World Cup and European Campaigns. At club level she played for Fulham, Doncaster Bells, Leeds United and currently Leicester city. At present Leanne is managing director of the highly successful "Leanne Hall Sports and goalkeeping school". Alongside this she is also the youth women's goalkeeper coach for the England squads and the national assistant manager to the women's deaf squad.

While at Loughborough University Leanne gained the HND Sports Coaching and Development and continued to work hard gaining the UEFA B Outfield and UEFA B goalkeeping licences with the FA. Currently she is working towards the UEFA A in both disciplines.

Andrew Munton Coach

Andrew began playing as a youngster and the highlight of his career was playing for Nottingham Forest FC at Under 16's, which was the same team that produced the future international of Steve Hodge.

 

Andrew began coaching in 2000 as an outfield coach and soon began to specialise at a goalkeeper coach a year on. Andrew has worked hard on the coaching ladder achieving has level 2 outfield and level 2 goalkeeping. As a part time coach for Nottingham Forest Football Club, he works with some of the best up and coming talent in the development centres which he has dedicated time to since 2000/ 2001. Andrew also works with the prestigious Nottinghamshire Football Associations County squads.

 

Paul Reynolds England CP Coach

Paul Reynolds Paul Reynolds

 Paul was the Head Academy goalkeeping coach at Birmingham City Academy where he worked up to Under 18 level until Christmas 2008.

Paul has also had the fantastic opportunity to work within the international disability set up with the England Disability goalkeepers and he also the goalkeeper coach to Team GB. Coach Education plays a large role in Paul's week to week activities developing new coaches on the FA goalkeeping and outfield awards, to add to this he is also a licensed 1st Aid for sport and emergency aid tutor.
